Excellent service and incredibly fast!
One of the springs on my overhead door broke over the weekend so I left a message with Daniel. I got a call from the office by 8:30 Monday morning and Ryan the tech was over before 10:00. He had the spring fixed, gave the rest of the system a good once over and was on to the next job within an hour!
Even better, when he was done, the door was smoother and quieter than it had ever been in the 6 years in the house!

Worked with Dan to get the right doors for my place. I was a little indecisive in the door color and window type, and Midtown was very patient. I finally committed, and the doors were installed, as agreed to, about 2 weeks later (today). I received a text the morning of the install, with a note from Midtown indicating “Jose” would be on his way soon, which included his picture. Jose showed up on time and ready to get to work. He asked the right questions, explained how the install would go, and how long the job would take. Jose was very professional and extremely competent. The (2) doors were installed with no issues about 3 hours later. I am very happy with the product, the profession service provided by the entire Midtown team, and the end result. If I EVER need another door or door service, I’ll be calling Midtown Doors!

Midtown Doors and Services recently installed a garage door for me. I was very pleased with their prompt communication, professional manner, and quality of services. When I needed a simple repair a few months later, owner/operator, Dan, came out to service the door with the same promptness and professionalism as the initial installation. Further, Midtown’s price point for garage installation could not be matched by other companies. I would recommend their services to others.

They came out as soon as they could(which was a week after I called but this is what happens when you are doing good work at a fair price and you are busy around a holiday). Dan was worth the wait! Got there early. We talked like old friends and he got the spring replaced in about an hour for a good price. Couldn't be happier! Perfect job!!

The entire experience was great! From the sales to the installers - professional, efficient and clean. Other than having the new door and equipment, you'd never know they were here. The quality of the work and the product is outstanding. They took the time to explain the setup and general maintenance. I'd highly recommend this company.

I really like it when a service person shows up when they say that they will show up. I was given a 30 MINUTE window for the arrival time. Usually it’s two or even four HOURS. Dan showed up at minute 14 of the 30 minute window. He immediately got to work replacing the two torsion springs on my garage door. He was completely finished and gone in 45 minutes. He was courteous, polite, and genuinely warm.

That would have made it a great service call, but on top of all that their price was considerably better than the other guys.

On time, quick, courteous, competent, and a good price? Not often that you get all five of those things at the same time. I will definitely be calling Midtown Doors from now on.

Dan & Leisha are running a fair and upstanding business. They are aware of ways to save money on a job and, rather than take advantage of a business owner and make more money, they are happy to share cost saving options. They are HIGHLY communicative and keep you posted when they are leaving the shop and always provide an E.T.A.

In summary... They look out for customers. They are positive, polite, professional and prompt. As a repeat customer, I would strongly recommend Midtown Doors & Services.
